Rules and Regulations for Admission

Parents/Guardians desirous of taking application forms for registration of their Children/Wards for admission are requested to note the following important rules, in respect of registration, admission and withdrawal.

Admission Procedure
Parents/Guardians shall first register their application for admission. Application forms are available at our office. You may fill the online application also. The duly filled in application forms shall be submitted in our office along with copy of the following:

1. Essential : 
a) Nursery LKG, UKG, Birth Certificate obtained from Mandal/Municipality or any Govt. Authorities.
b) I-V Record-Sheet or T.C. and Progress Report
c) VI-X Recognized T.C. with Scholastic Record.
d) Xerox Copy of Caste Certificate (BC, S.T., S.C., Only)
2. One application form is applicable to one child only.
3. Admissions are open for children above 2 years. For the purpose of calculation, a child’s age as on 30th June would be considered. 

CLASS   AGE(in years)
Nursery   2 Year 6 months
Pre-Primary I   3 Year 6 months
Pre-Primary II   4 Year 6 months
Class I   5 Year 6 months
And so on
4. The School reserves the absolute right, at discretion to withdraw the admission of child for reasons such as below.
a) On the grounds of discipline of Conduct.
b) Failure to pay the school dues.
c) Failure to observe the rules and regulations of the school.

5. The School would take utmost care in respect of safety of the children. However, it is not liable for any damage or accident due to whatever reasons whatsoever.
6. The fee is to be paid in cash only.
7. Late fee of Rs.5/- per day will be charged for all payments made after the due date. Delay for over 30 days will entail payment of readmission charges of Rs.500/-.Beyond 30 days the admission will be cancelled automatically and the name of the child will be removed from rolls.

Withdrawals & Refunds:
1. Application, Registration and Admission fees once paid are non-refundable.
2. Those who are admitted into the school and who subsequently wish to withdraw for whatever reason, will have to forfeit the entire fees paid.
3. In case of long leave or absence, all fees must be paid for the duration of absence and no concession on any fee is allowed.
4. Conveyance facility if availed must be continued throughout the term. Mid-term withdrawals and refund with regard to conveyance fees will not be possible.
5. Any damage to the equipment or any other property of the school by any child would be recovered from his/her parents.

1. School Van service is available for class nursery to class IX.
2. Conveyance fees to be paid along with tuition fee every term.
